Why proposed: Suggested 4th class. Your three motions cover passing the baton, attacking, and shrinking — but a business in distress that intends to STAY is doing none of those. Turnaround/restructuring/moat-building is a distinct intent (defense), with its own literature, that otherwise gets mis-filed under 'divest'.
